Arrival ProceduresOn arrival park in one of the marked bays and report to reception. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the FREE transfer bus to the terminal.
Departure ProceduresOn return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Airparks Services on the FREE phone number provided at check-in, a FREE transfer bus will then collect you and transfer you back to Airparks Services where your car will ready for you. At reception hand in the documentation given to you on arrival.

Directions to AirportExit the M42 at Junction 6, and follow signs for A45 towards Birmingham. Go past the airport turning. 1 mile on, with the Holiday Inn Hotel on right, go straight over the traffic lights. 1.3 miles further turn right at overhead set of lights towards Garretts Green. Follow signs for "Off Site Parking (Airport) Site A". At roundabout turn right, go straight on for approx. 0.5 miles, & turn left into Mackadown Lane. Entrance is 200yds on left, just past Motor Nation.
TransfersTransfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Arrival ProceduresYou must call CPS on the number above as soon as possible after the booking has been made and no later than 7 days before arriving at the airport. The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference, flight numbers and times, terminal of departure, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, car colour, make, model and registration. They will confirm all arrangements with you and advise of any supplements payable direct to CPS and collect these payments by debit or credit card. On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where an uniformed chauffeur is waiting to take your car to Airparks Services.
