It is important you check your policy details as soon as you receive them to ensure that no information has been left out or is incorrect. This booklet is your Policy Schedule and shows what you are and are not covered for and forms part of your travel insurance together with your Validation Certificate. The Validation Certificate provides details of who is insured, the type of policy you have purchased, the area of cover, and the commencement and duration of your insurance.

We hope you are never in a position to have to make a claim but if you do you should please use the following information which will allow us to deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
MEDICAL & OTHER EMERGENCIES
If you have a medical emergency, are admitted into hospital, are involved in an accident or incur any medical expenses over £500, you should contact your medical assistance company as soon as possible. Their details can be found on your policy certificate and in the Policy Schedule booklet.
